I love competition and bow before better solutions

I am sure that there are many other frameworks out there, frameworks deserving some attention from you (Java web application developer or designer), and one of these frameworks is very close to the principles used to design the JPublish web framework and takes that spirit further to a more Rails like type of cool command-line based type of app management, etc. See for yourself:

Play: http://www.playframework.org/

I bow before innovation and passion for designing cool stuff, and yes, I have no affiliation with the Play team or framework. Kudos to them. There are many things to learn from Play.

As far as I am concerned I'll take the steeper path: compensating the new JPublish (Evolution) with some of the new things I am seeing in Play (REST/Route management especially, currently pioneered in JPublish as a RESTLET module, and maybe not the persistence model), but you may prefer a shortcut :)

Kudos again, PLAY, good job!
