Listen to your customers, not your competitors.

oldies, but goldies

This entry has nothing to do with Java. It is just a reminder for all of us to stay focused on things that matter - the title says it all.

Joel is an inspiration for many of us (he doesn't like Java, although he never had the chance to use JPublish), and while browsing (again) through his older articles, I found an advice that's so accurate:

"Listen to your customers, not your competitors."
